PEDIATRIC SPEECH SCREENINGS

Pediatric Speech Screenings

Our pediatric speech screenings are offered by appointment only and are an affordable and convenient way to assess the progress of your child’s development. Screenings are conducted by one of our own licensed speech language pathologists and generally take about 20 minutes. Parents will have the opportunity to ask the therapist questions and learn how they can support their child’s development.

Furthermore, screenings help to identify children who are falling within the typical range of development, as well as to identify those in need of a more extensive evaluation. Pediatric speech screenings are appropriate for children under the age of 6.

If any of the following questions applies to you, Kidspeech can help:

  • Do you have questions regarding your child’s speech, language or feeding skills?
  • Are you concerned about your child not developing skills as quickly as other children?
  • Do you need to pursue a comprehensive evaluation?
  • Do you have questions about your preschooler’s speech sound development?
  • Do you want reassurance that your child is on track with their development?

Early detection is critical
